 Tribe Tech, a fast-scaling manufacturer of autonomous RC Drill Rigs, faced significant production delays, excessive rework, and supply chain inefficiencies. Sans Souci led a comprehensive digital transformation that revolutionised their manufacturing operations, resulting in 40% reduction in project delays and complete operational visibility.

Mapped over 140 sub-assemblies using BPMN 2.0 process modelling

Introduced Time Management and Job Costing Systems

Deployed Inflow Inventory to automate BOMs, stock management, and sub-assembly tracking

Established a PMO and rolled out integrated digital project tools

Implemented design governance through a cross-functional Technical Design Authority

Delivered digital manuals via CADShare and introduced factory staging areas to reduce kit errors
